Sport is a form of physical activity that people seek to exercise constantly, in order to keep their body young and strong. It is also a form of competition that a person may hold between himself and himself, such as challenging himself to complete certain physical exercises every period and for a certain period, to achieve a goal. Or may be competing in the form of a challenge with others, a human being is a social object in which a permanent desire to compete and win
Sports has been known since ancient times, most notably the Olympic Games, a variety of sports that the Greeks used to hold. They were eager to watch sports in a valley called the Olympics. At present, sport is one of the activities practiced by man for different purposes. The aim may be to exercise for military purposes or to form a strong physical structure. Sports for recreation and recreation, or leisure-time exercise, and engaging in social activity may increase one's self-confidence
The importance of sports is not confined to the physical aspect. Some studies have shown that sports have a positive effect on improving the symptoms of some mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia, which is characterized by feelings of anger, hatred, guilt, physical stability and delayed movement

Physiology of sports is an interdisciplinary science. It mainly studies ways in which different sports can bePhysiology is the science of physiology and vital organs, including how organic organs, cells, and  biomolecules process chemical and physical processes in living organisms used to interpret physiological questions. In contrast,physiology of sport also describes how physiological questions can result in new physical problems. In general, this field is divided into two physiological applications: cell physiology - which includes physical treatments for biochemical reactions, ionic flow and function system - and system physiology - which include electrocardiography, the circulatory system, and digestion and the other reactions in the human body in the presences of any physical load causes by any sports practise 

Last but not least sport to live a human comfort and pleasure and safety body and mind physiological science of sport to make it better and more accurate in the study of the movement of the individual and knowledge of the impact of sport on his body, which helps him to achieve any level he wants suitable for his abilities , Any person should pay attention to the practice of sports as it helps him to extract the best he has in the performance of his daily duties without fatigue or laziness, because a person absorbed the technological progress in the wrong way to reduce the burden of his work, which made him lazy and little movement we must seek progress in all areas He started exercising so that he could practice his daily life without fatigue 

I hope that Egypt keeps the best country in the world, but it is impossible to keep it, not the Egyptian people, which is a duty to seek and work and try its utmost effort to keep strong in its field and change itself before thinking about changing the world around it and trying to keep the best time Egypt will keep the best country in the world. Goals must be achieved by each people to the state to which it belongs
