A quantum classification algorithm for classification incomplete patterns based on entanglement measure
In this paper, a novel quantum classification algorithm that is based on competitive learning is presented to classify an input pattern that results from the failures of some sensors. As long as an incomplete pattern is presented to our model, the proposed algorithm performs the competitions between the neurons by applying some unitary transformations then measures the degree of entanglement ... Generalized Hermite kernel function for support vector machine classifications‏
Support vector machines (SVMs) have proved to be promising methods for classification and regression analysis because of their solid mathematical foundations which convey several salient properties that other methods hardly provide. The critical SVMs problem is to select appropriate kernels as the performance of SVMs depends on this choice. In this paper, a set of new Hermite kernel functions is ... Read more

High Efficient Haar Wavelets for Medical Image Compression
In this paper, we proposed an improved high efficient Haar wavelets (HEHW) algorithm to improve the quality of image compression ratio (CR) rate and peak signal to noise ratio for medical imaging. The proposed algorithm starts by partitioning the original image into 2 * 2 submatrices. Then the wavelets transform coefficients obtained by working on the submatrices instead of the ... Read more

Performance Analysis of Medical Image Comprission Using Various Wavelet Techniques
Medical image compressions allow large volume data to be kept in an exceedingly quantity of disk and to move towards complete film-less imaging. Also, the image compression process minimizes the time while download or sent the image from the internet. For that, several wavelets are used for image compression, which composed of multi-resolution based function. The choice of the suitable ... Read more

AI Some Big Open Questions
* AI contributes to building an information processing model of human beings, just as Biochemistry contributes to building a model of human beings based on bio-molecular interactions * Both try to explain how a human being operates * Both also explore ways to avoid human imperfections (in Biochemistry, by engineering new proteins and drug molecules; in AI, by designing rational ... AI Task 03
* If yes, can the human brain machinery solve problems that are inherently intractable for computers? * In a human being, where is the interface between “intelligence” and the rest of “human nature”, e.g.: * How does intelligence relate to emotions felt? * What does it mean for a human to “feel” that he/she understands something? * * Is this ... AI Task 02
* AI (especially, the “rational agent” approach) assumes that intelligent behaviors are only based on information processing? Is this a valid assumption? Read more

AI Task 01
IN THE MOVIE I, ROBOT, THE MOST IMPRESSIVE FEATURE OF THE ROBOTS IS NOT THEIR ABILITY TO SOLVE COMPLEX PROBLEMS, BUT HOW THEY BLEND HUMAN-LIKE REASONING WITH OTHER KEY ASPECTS OF HUMAN BEINGS (ESPECIALLY, SELF-CONSCIOUSNESS, FEAR OF DYING, DISTINCTION BETWEEN RIGHT AND WRONG) Read more
