В статье с использованием обобщенной модели фототермической волны и модели двухфазного запаздывания проведены расчеты приращения температуры, компонент смещения, плотности носителей и компонент напряжений в двумерных полупроводниковых средах. С помощью преобразований Фурье и Лапласа в рамках подхода к определению собственных значений получены точные решения для всех физических величин. We present rigorous investigations of the geometric phase in semiconductor microcavities. The effects of excitonic spontaneous emission, initial state setting and cavity dissipation have been discussed.
