Conduction mechanisms of antimony selenide
The electrical resistivity, π, and Seebeck coefficient,_S_, of the system Sb2Se3 were measured in the ambient temperature range 323≤_T_≤573 K. Both parameters were found to be affected considerably by the temperature of annealing,_T_ a, in the range 493≤_T_a≤653 K and by the time of annealing,_t_ a, for periods extending to 16h. Results from light, scanning, and transmission electron microscopic examination of CaOx crystal formation in 2 plant species, namely _Corchorus olitorius _L. and _Malva parviflora _L., revealed the presence of crystalline deposits. These deposits were of prismatic type in the case of _C. olitorius _and of druse type in the case of _M. parviflora_. The influence of root endophyte fungus _Piriformospora indica _on some crop plants was studied under pot conditions. The investigated plants were _Vicia faba_, _Lupinus termis_, _Arachis hypogaea _and _Hibiscus sabdariffa_.
