The polyphenols present in different French red wines were characterized electrochemically using square wave voltammetry (SWV). The voltammetric measurements were carried out using a glassy carbon electrode and disposable screen-printed carbon electrodes unmodified and modified with single- and multi-walled carbon nanotubes.
