Essential factors for in vitro regeneration of rose and a protocol for plant regeneration from leaves
_In vitro_ propagation of _Rosa hybrida_, L. cv. ‘Eiffel Tower’ was improved by the addition of thidiazuron (TDZ) and silver nitrate (AgNo3) to the culture medium.
