مستخلص الدراسة:
عنوان الدراسة : متطلبات التربية المجتمعية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في مصر في ضوء عصر التقنية الرقمية.
هدفت الدراسة الى تدعيم التربية المجتمعية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في مصر من خلال توظيف التقنيات الرقمية وذلك لتمكين هذه الفئة من القيام بدور فعال في المجتمع كما هدفت الى تحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه التربية المجتمعية لهذه الفئة والتعرف على سبل مواجهة تلك الصعوبات.
واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي باعتباره مناسبا لهذه الدراسة وذلك من خلال تجميع المادة العلمية ذات العلاقة بالتربية المجتمعية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وكيفية استخدام التقنيات الرقمية فيها وتم تفسيرها للوصول الى تعميمات تزيد من رصيد المعرفة بالتربية المجتمعية.
وقد شمل مجتمع الدراسة على مدارس التربية الخاصة في مصر وتم تحديد عينة (29) مدرسة في محافظي سوهاج وتمثل الوجه القبلي ومحافظة البحيرة وتمثل الوجه البحري، كما استخدمت الدراسة الاستبانة كأداة للتعرف على متطلبات تحقيق التربية المجتمعية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة باستخدام التقنيات الرقمية المختلفة وتم تطبيقها على عينة من المنتسبين للتربية الخاصة من معلمين وموجهين وأخصائيين وإداريين سواء بمدارس التربية الخاصة أو مدارس الدمج.
وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود قصور في الاهتمام بالتربية المجتمعية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وقلة استخدام التقنيات الرقمية في تحقيقها، وقلة المتخصصين في مجال التكنولوجيا مما أدى الى قلة عدد معلمي التربية الخاصة وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة المدربين على استخدام التقنيات الرقمية المختلفة، وقلة الأماكن المجهزة لاستقبال هذه التقنيات، والقصور في دور المدرسة في إقامة ندوات تثقيفية لأسر ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة حول أهمية التقنيات الرقمية ودورها في التربية المجتمعية لأبنائهم، فضلاً عن الدور السلبي لوسائل الاعلام فيما يتعلق بالتغطية لقضية توظيف التقنيات الرقمية في تحقيق التربية المجتمعية السليمة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
Abstract of the study
Study title: " The Requirements of Community Education for People with Special Needs in Egypt according to the Digital Stage ".
The study aimed to support societal education for people with special needs in Egypt by employing digital technologies to enable this group to play an effective role in society. It also aimed to identify the difficulties facing community education for this group and to identify ways to face those difficulties
The study used the descriptive approach as appropriate for this study, by collecting the scientific material related to societal education for people with special needs and how to use digital technologies in it and was interpreted to reach generalizations that increase the balance of knowledge of societal education.
The study community included special education schools in Egypt, and a sample (29) schools were identified in the governorates of Sohag, representing the Upper Egypt and the Beheira Governorate, and representing the Lower Egypt. The study also used the questionnaire as a tool to identify the requirements of achieving societal education for people with special needs using different digital technologies and was applied to A sample of associates of special education from teachers, mentors, specialists and administrators, whether in special education schools or integration schools.
The results of the study have resulted in a lack of interest in community education for people with special needs and the lack of use of digital technologies to achieve them, and the lack of specialists in the field of technology, which led to a small number of special education teachers and people with special needs trained in the use of various digital technologies, and the lack of places equipped to receive these technologies , And the limitations in the school’s role in holding educational seminars for families of people with special needs about the importance of digital technologies and their role in community education for their children, as well as the negative role of the media regarding coverage of the issue of employing technologies The digital community in achieving sound education for people with special needs.
