Abstract: Survivin a member of the inhibitors of apoptosis family, is one of the most frequent up regulated transcripts in solid tumor, wild type P53 tumor suppressor gene is involved in regulation of surviving expression in leukemic cells. Aims to assess the expression of wild P53 tumor suppressor gene and surviving expression in BM samples of adults patients with acute leukemia before chemotherapy.
