ملخص
لم تترك السياسة أيّ نوع من العلوم والمعارف إلَّا وظفته لصالحها، وقد امتدت سطوتها في هذا الجانب إلى استخدام العلم والمعرفة العلمية استخدامًا أيديولوجيًا نفعيًا خالصًا في جميع المجالات. ومن هذا المنطلق يعرض هذا المقال للكتاب المهم والرائد الذي صدر مؤخرًا، لصاحبه الأستاذ الدكتور/ حسين علي (أستاذ المنطق وفلسفة العلوم في جامعة عين شمس - مصر)، وهو يُعَدُّ من بين الباحثين الإبستمولوجيين أصحاب الرؤية الفلسفية المستنيرة، ويمتلك أساليب علمية دقيقة وواضحة، ويجمع- علاوة على ذلك- بين نَاصِية الفلسفة ونَاصِية العلم. وفي الحقيقة إن كتاباته التي تدور في مجملها حول فلسفة العلوم، والتفكير النقدي، ومناهج البحث العلمي، مع التركيز على العديد من القضايا الفلسفية المعاصرة الأخرى، إن كتاباته تستحق القراءة والدراسة النقدية؛ لما تتضمنه من طرح شمولي في معالجة القضايا العلمية والفلسفية، ومن أسلوب علمي ومنهجي رصين يَندُر أن يتوافر لدى الكثيرين في عالمنا العربي والإسلامي.

Abstract
Politics has employed every kind of science and knowledge to its favor. The influence of politics, in this aspect, has extended to the use of science and scientific knowledge in a purely utilitarian and ideological way in all fields. In this context, this article presents an important and leading book recently published by Prof. Hussein Ali (Professor of Logic and Philosophy of Science at Ain Shams University- Egypt). He is one of the most prominent Epistemological researchers who have an enlightened philosophical vision. He has precise and clear scientific methods, moreover he combines the foundations of philosophy and the foundations of science. In fact, his writings, which revolve around the Philosophy of Science, Critical Thinking, and Methods of Scientific Research, with a focus on many other contemporary philosophical issues, are worthy of critical reading and studying because of their holistic profound approach to scientific and philosophical issues, and because of their scientific and mythological approach rarely existing to many researchers in our Arab and Islamic world.
