anethesia of the flank of native buffloes was accomplished through dorsolumber technique by using two different doses from anethetic mixture containing xylazine hydrochlorid and lidocaine hydrochloride. computed tomography and gross dessection were done for the thoracolumber region. the result showed that the anethetized area and duration of analgesia were wider and more prolonged at dose 5ml than at dose 4ml from the mixture.
