مُستخلص الدراسة:

 دراسة مقارنة لنُظُمْ تقويم أداء الطالب الجامعي في كل من كندا وماليزيا وإمكانية الإفادة منها في مصر

   هَدفت الدراسة إلي الوقوف علي أساليب تقويم أداء الطالب الجامعي في كندا وماليزيا؛ وإمكانية الإفادة منها في تطوير أساليب تقويم أداء الطالب الجامعي في مصر, لإثراء أساليب تقويم أداء الطالب الجامعي, وعدم الإكتفاء بالأساليب التقليدية في تقويم أداء الطلاب, واستخدمت الباحثة في دراستها المنهج المقارن, وكان من بين النتائج التي أسفرت عنها الدراسة ما يلي:

• تتصف فلسفة نُظُمْ تقويم أداء الطالب الجامعي في مصر بضعف المعالم؛ نظراً لما تُعاني منه عملية تقويم أداء الطالب من الإعتماد علي الأساليب التقليدية في عملية التقويم.
• تهدف عملية تقويم أداء الطالب الجامعي في كندا وماليزيا إلي استخدام أساليب تقويم متنوعة؛ لتحسين عملية تدريس المحتوي, وتطوير المهارات العليا للتفكير, بما يتناسب مع سوق العمل.
• هناك قصور في أهداف نُظُمْ تقويم أداء الطالب الجامعي في مصر, فالإسلوب المستخدم في تقويم أداء الطلاب في الجامعات المصرية يهدف إلي تنمية قدرة الطالب على الحفظ للمعلومات واسترجاعها في الإمتحان, دون تنمية المهارة المهنية والفنية لديه لتلبية احتياجات سوق العمل.
• تركز أهداف نُظُمْ تقويم أداء الطالب الجامعي في كندا وماليزيا علي تحديد جوانب القوة وتدعيمها, وجوانب القصور وعلاجها.
• تقتصر وظيفة التقويم الرئيسية في مصر إلى الوصول لعملية منح الطلاب الدرجة العلمية التي يريدونها.
• لم تحقق الجامعات في مصر معايير الجودة العالمية في أساليب التقويم التي تطبقها؛ لأنها تعتمد علي الأساليب التقليدية في تقويمها لأداء الطلاب في الجامعة.
• انضمام التعليم الجامعي في كندا وماليزيا إلي مصاف الدول المتقدمة عالمياً, وضمان وجود عدد من جامعاتها في قائمة الجامعات الأفضل عالمياً.
• تحتاج بعض عناصر التعليم الجامعي في مصر إلي تطوير في بنيتها وأهدافها وفلسفتها.

   وفى ضوء نتائج الدراسة, قدمت الباحثة تصوراً مقترحاً لتطوير نُظُمْ تقويم أداء الطالب الجامعي في مصر, ويتضمن هذا التصور قيام المجلس الأعلى للجامعات بتطبيق بعض الإجراءات التي تضمن تطوير نظم تقويم أداء الطالب الجامعي. 

Abstract

 A Comparative Study of Systems of the University Student Performance Assessment in Canada and Malaysia and

the Possibility of benefiting by them in Egypt

The study aimed to evaluate the performance of university students in Canada and Malaysia, and the possibility of benefiting from them in the development of methods of assessing the performance of university students in Egypt, in order to enrich the methods of assessing the performance of the university student and the researcher used in studied comparative approach, and was among the results of the study include:

The most important results of the study:                                           

• The philosophy of the evaluation systems of the performance of university students in Egypt is weak, because the process of evaluation of student performance depends on the traditional methods of evaluation.
• The process of assessing the performance of university students in Canada and Malaysia to the use of various methods of evaluation; to improve the process of teaching content, and the development of higher thinking skills, commensurate with the labor market.
• The methods used to evaluate the performance of students in Egyptian universities aim to develop the student's ability to save and retrieve information in the exam, without developing his professional and technical skills to meet the needs of the labor market.
• The objectives of student performance assessment systems in Canada and Malaysia focus on identifying and strengthening strengths, shortcomings and treatment.
• The main evaluation function in Egypt is limited to the process of granting students the degree they want.
• Universities in Egypt have not achieved international quality standards in their assessment methods, because they depend on traditional methods of evaluating students' performance at the university.
• University education in Canada and Malaysia should join the ranks of the world's developed countries and ensure that a number of its universities are on the list of the best universities in the world.
• Some elements of university education in Egypt need to develop in its structure, objectives and philosophy.

    In the light of the results of the study, the researcher presented a proposal to develop the concept of evaluating the performance of the student in Egypt, this includes the perception that the supreme council of universities in the application of some procedures that guarantee the development of systems of evaluating the performance of a university student.
