درس بكليه طب أسيوط ثلاث سنوات ثم انتقل الي جامعه سوهاج وتخرج عام ١٩٩٦ بتقدير عام ممتاز مع مرتبه الشرف  ثم سنه الامتياز من مارس ١٩٩٧ ال مارس ١٩٩٨ وتم تعيينه طبيب مقيم بقسم طب وجراحه العيون من مارس ١٩٩٨ لمده ثلاث سنوات بمستشفي سوهاج الجامعي وتم حصوله علي درجه الماجستير بطب وجراحه وموضوع الرساله تغييرات مجال الابصار بعد عمليه قطع الغربالية المرضية في مرضي الجلوكوما بتقدير جيد جدا ثم تم تعيينه بقسم طب وجراحه العيون كلبه طب سوهاج بتاريخ ٤/٨ /٢٠٠٠ومدرس مساعد في ٢٠٠٠/٤/٩ حصل علي درجه الدكتوراه في طب وجراحه العيون وموضوعها تقيييم عمليه القطع العميق للصلبه في علاج مرضي الجلوكوما الاوليه مفتوحة الزاويه في عام ٢٠٠٧ عين مدرس في طب وجراحه العيون بكليه طب سوهاج في ٢٤ يوليو ٢٠٠٧حضر العديد من الموتمرات الطبيه بجامعه سوهاج والعديد من الجامعات المصريه كان اول من ادخل عمليه القطع العميق للصلبه في علاج مرضي الجلوكوما الاوليه مفتوحة الزاويه بقسم العيون كليه طب سوهاج قام بتدريس ماده طب وجراحه العيون لطلبه كليه الطب للفرقه الرابعه من خلال الحالات العمليه والمحاضرات الأكاديمية قام بالاشراف علي العديد من رساءل الماجستير والدكتوراه  وقام بنشر العديد من الأبحاث العلميه بالمجلات العلميه في مصر وخارجها
