Dr. Mohammed Iqbal was born in 1973 in Sohag City. He was graduated in 1997 from faculty of medicine, Sohag University. He is now assistant professor of ophthalmology in Sohag University Hospital. He is a corneal expert, a refractive and a cataract surgeon. He published 24 original articles in national and international journals. He is a reviewer for 5 international journals. He was a guest speaker in many national and international ophthalmology conferences.
