التخصص الدقيق هو أمراض وقسطرة القلب 

ويشمل العمل اجراء قسطرة تشخيصية للشرايين التاجية للقلب وقسطرة علاجية مع توسيع الشريان التاجى بالبالون وتركيب الدعامات وعمل توسيع للصمام الميترالى بالبالون مع تركيب منظم دائم لضربات القلب وذلك كله يتم العمل به داخل وحدة قسطرة القلب بالمستشفى الجامعى بسوهاجس مادة أمراض الباطنة والقلب 

ويتضمن العمل تدريس مادة أمراض الباطنة والقلب لطلبة الكلية بالفرقة الخامسة وكذلك لطلبة الدراسات العليا بالكلية 

المشاركة بالمؤتمرات المختلفة سواء داخل الكلية أو خارجها والمشاركة فى تنظيم المؤتمر الخاص بقسم الباطنة كعضو فاعل

لدى العديد من الابحاث فى مجال الباطنة والقلب التى تم نشرها بالفعل
