Welcome in my web site 

I am Olfat Tharwat Mohamed Abdelsaleheen and working as a Assistant Lecturer at Zoology Department Faculty of science, Sohag University, Egypt.

I am teaching some of practical courses in Zoology Department, Faculty of Science, Sohag University for undergraduate and postgraduate students, e.g. Practical Animal Ecology, Malacology, Animal Physiology, Histology, Histochemistry … etc.

My research interests are geared towards Ecology, Ecosystem ecology, Behavioural ecology, Field ecology, Population ecology, ecological statistics, Distribution and taxonomy for invertebrate as freshwater mussels. I have a good experience in anatomy of freshwater mussels, describing their life cycle and doing histological sections with different stains. Also i have a good experience in using electron microscope (SEM& TEM) and different equipment for measuring different ecological parameters. I am a good user for statistical analysis programmes as Origin, Excel & SPSS, graphical programmes as Coral draws & Adobe Photoshop, and Endnote & ref work programs for references arrangement.
