5) A 35-years-old woman suffered from fever, hypotension, and thrombosis following an abdominal operation. Blood culture diagnosed E. coli bacteraemia.
1- What is the diagnosis of this clinical condition?
2- The clinical picture is due to dead or living E. coli?
3- What is the mechanism of development of this clinical picture? Explain the characters of the agent cause this case.
4- Mention treatment of this disease? What is the prognosis of this disease?
