ABSTRACT Background: Middle cerebral artery (MCA) aneurysms constitute about 22% of all intracranial aneurysms (IAs). The middle cerebral artery is the commonest location for unruptured IAs. Ruptured MCA aneurysms are commonly associated with intracerebral hematomas.
