OBJECTIVE: The neuropeptide Kisspeptin regulates gonadotrophin-releasing hormone release from the hypothalamus and is expressed peripherally in the endometrium. It also has anti-metastatic effects in many types of cancer. Like cancer, endometriosis exhibits migration and invasiveness.
