Aim of the work: the study was done to see the effects of experimental aflatoxicosis on the histological structure of the lung of adult female albino rats
Mteriials and methods:
Sixty four adult female albino rats were divided into four equal groups.each of these groups was subdivided into four subgroups. Subgroup A was the control. Subgroup b received 1.65 ml aflatoxin B1 per week. Subgroup C received 3.5 ml aflatoxin B1 per week. Group D received 5ml aflatoxin B1 per week.
Results examination of the 4 groups showed wide range of Histopathological changes .
Conclusions: aflatoxin coused marked pathological effects on the Histology of the lung
