The course provides overview of insects damage to plants, how organisms become pests, insects damage and life cycles and briefly description of control measures plant-insect pests. Students will learn relate basic insect morphological structures to ecology, life cycle, damage they cause, interactions with other organisms, and management tactics to control population densities.
