A- Inflammatory diarrhea:

    Often with systemic features including fever, fecal leukocytes with or without gross blood is usually present.

1-Viral:

®Cytomegalovierus infection in immunocompromised patient as AIDS.

2-Protozoal: Entamoeba Histolytica
