A two-temperature photothermal interaction in a semiconductor medium containing a cylindrical hole
Photothermoelastic interactions in an infinite semiconductor medium containing a cylindrical hole with two temperatures are studied using mathematical method under the purview of the coupled theory of thermal, plasma and elastic waves.
