Postgraduate course of surgery - Mortality and Morbidity Conference Task

 Mortality and Morbidity conference is held once every month in the Grand Round of  surgery Department to assess and evaluate in open discussion the incidence, causes of mortality and morbidity which  had occured through the month and discuss the proper methods of managements.
