RASopathy is caused by dysfunction in the _MAPK_ pathway, and include syndromes like Noonan syndrome (NS), NS with multiple lentigines (formerly known as Leopard syndrome), cardiofaciocutaneous (CFC), Legius syndrome, capillary malformation-arteriovenous malformation, neurofibromatosis type 1, and Costello syndrome.
