Three different morphologies of ZnO nanostructures were prepared by vapor transport on Au coated silicon substrates. Randomly oriented nanowires (NWs) mixed with few nanoflakes were obtained at furnace temperature of 750 °C and oxygen flow rate of 20 sccm.
