ABSTARCT Background: Children with disabilities caused by any disease or trauma are considered a major medical problem and catastrophe for families, requiring much more special care and additional financial support. Objective: This study aimed to shed light on the major medical problem of the large and increasing number of children with disabilities in Gaza caused by the current genocidal war. Methods: We applied a wide search in PubMed, Scopus, ResearchGate, the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights website, and the Web of Science for children’s disabilities and Gaza genocide war to identify relevant studies and records published. Articles were selected based on their clinical focus, in both languages (English and Arabic), and relevance to diagnostic, therapeutic, and cost challenges. Conclusion: The genocidal war in Gaza began 18 months ago and is still a destructive, bloody, immoral war targeting innocent civilians—especially children—against all international laws and human rights. It is massively destroying all infrastructure, including medical services. A large and increasing number of killed children and disabilities are the result and are increasing, causing current major medical and human problems and an upcoming catastrophe medically, psychologically, and on a global human scope. Now it is clear why Gaza is described as the capital of amputated limbs. Keywords: Children's disabilities, Gaza genocidal war, Human rights, Targeting children in wars.
