ملخص البحث
تدور هذه الورقة البحثية حول نظرية الحرب المشروعة وجدلية العلاقة بين الخير والعدالة، وحاولت من خلالها الإجابة عن ثلاثة تساؤلات هي:
- ما هي الأصول الدينية للحرب المشروعة؟.
- ما هي الأصول الفلسفية للحرب المشروعة؟.
- هل تعد حروبنا المعاصرة مشروعة أم لا؟.
ومن أجل الإجابة عن التساؤل الأول عرضت للحرب بشكل عام والحرب المشروعة بشكل خاص في الديانات الوضعية القديمة، وكذلك في اليهودية، المسيحية، والإسلام.
وللإجابة عن التساؤل الثاني قدمت مفكرين ارتبط إسميهما بهذه النظرية، وهما كانط وولتزر. وخلصت إلي ان كانط جعل الأخلاق تفوق السياسة أهمية، أما وولتزر فجعل السياسة سابقة على الأخلاق. وعرضت كذلك للمبادئ التي سطرها كل منهما قبل وأثناء وبعد الحرب.
أما فيما يتعلق بالتساؤل الثاث فوجدت اننا نعيش مع فكرة الثنائية، حيث يسعى كل منا لوصف حربه بأنها مشروعة، كما يوضح ان ما يقوم به الآخر غير مشروع.
وفي نهاية ورقتي قدمت العديد من التساؤلات آملاً أن يطرح القارئ إجابات عنها.\
Abstract
This paper deal with a theory of Just War and the dialectic Relation between Good and Justice. I try to answer About Three Questions:
- What are the Religious Origins of Just War?
- What are the Philosophical Origins of Just War?
- Does our Contemporary Wars Just or Unjust?
To answer about the first Question, I Speak about the war in general and just war especially in old Positive Religions, and Jewess, Christianity, Islamic Religions.
To answer about second question I deal with Two Thinkers, their names joined with this theory, Kant and Walzer. Where Kant makes Ethics in the first place, Walzer say that politics is more important than Ethics. I discuss the Principles which prize the men before, during, and after the war. When I answer about the third question, I can say that we are alive in a dualism. Where everyone wants to make us believe that his war is just, the other makes the same thing.
In the end of this paper I deal with many question, and h hope that Readers will answer about it.
