The attainment of consistent, reproducible and aesthetic result in the rhinoplasty patients remain a challenging goal, 5 to 10 percent of primary rhinoplasty patients require secondary rhinoplasty for correction of deformities. Using the transvestibular approach, the internal (endonasal) surface of lower lateral cartilage with visualization of the endonasal surface of the lower lateral cartilage provides a much improved exposure to perform different techniques required for reduction, rearrangement, augmentation and fixation.
