The study aims to design an educational program to Ttaiwiralamharrat kinetic essential for children mentally disabled who are able to learn, identify the impact of the proposed educational program to improve the level of some of the basic motor skills of mentally handicapped children who are able to learn, and identify the impact of the proposed educational program to improve Anaasrallyakh facility for handicapped children, and finally identify the impact of the proposed program on the digital level for some of the field and track competitions (Alt- long jump - shot put) for mentally handicapped children who are able to learn .ostkhaddmt researcher experimental method with a group one o'clock to take two measurements tribal post test and implementation of the study in the period from 12/02/2015 to 14.05.2015 on the mentally handicapped school life for all swords. It was found that the effect of the proposed program for mentally handicapped consenting size to learn on the physical variables was strong and high, except for the balance variable stand on one foot which shows the weakness of the mentally handicapped ability to balance, as well as the proposed educational program for the mentally handicapped who are able to learn the positive effect shown by the program digital level competitions under study.
