This study assessed changes in incidence of different facial fractures occurring in sohag university hospital managed by plastic and reconstructive surgery department between 2000 and 2009.

Patient and Methods: records from 1830 patients sustaining 597 cases of different bony fracture ranged from simple fissure fracture to severe form of panfacial fracture.

All cases were reviewed and analyzed according to age, sex, data of fracture, place of trauma, cause, anatomic site of fracture, and associated orofacial and craniocerebral injuries.
