This article deals with a sandstone funerary stela from Qadaya-magazine at Karnak. It belongs to the District Official Pesesh. And its provenance might be Sumenu-Rizeikat and measures 69 cm high and 42 cm width. The central part, has been damaged. With its back left uneven, the round- topped stela has a well-prepared surface, the decoration of which is framed by an incised line. Thematically divided into three parts; the upper part is devoted to two wD3t-eyes flanking a Sn-ring,, the second one is reserved for a four-line offering formula while lower part is decorated with three registers of standing figures. The stela is datable from its offering formula, design, layout, inscription, and the general shape of the stela ,the appearance of the figures to the late Middle Kingdom.
