بناء فرق التعلم كمدخل للتحسين المدرسي: دراسة ميدانية.

ملخص:

الهدف من الدراسة التعرف على الأهمية التربوية لفرق التعلم في المدارس، ومدى تواجدها في عينة من المدارس بدولة الإمارات ، وما يواجه فرق التعلم من معوقات تحد من تطبيقها في المدارس، وتقديم مقترح عملي لبناء فرق التعلم في المدارس، وطبق الباحث استبانه من ثلاثة وأربعين عبارة على عينة من ستمائة وخمسون مستجيب من مديري وموجهي ومعلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي، واختيرت العينة بطريقة عشوائية وممثلة للمجتمع الأصلي في عينة من المدارس بالإمارات الشمالية، وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى ضآلة تواجد فرق العمل في الواقع الفعلي بالمدارس، بالرغم من إدراك أهمية هذه الفرق كمدخل للتحسين المدرسي، وقدمت الدراسة تصورا إجرائيا لبناء فرق التعلم وما تتطلبه من مهارات ومعايير وتقويم.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to recognize the educational importance of Learning Teams in schools, the extent of their presence in a sample of schools in the UAE, and the obstacles that hinder their operation in schools. The study also offers a practical proposal for initiating Learning Teams in schools. The researcher conducted a questionnaire comprising of 43 statements answered by 650 respondents. The sample of the study included school headmasters, educational supervisors and teachers in the elementary learning level. The participants were chosen randomly but they represented the society of the schools in the northern Emirates. The results of the study indicate the scarcity of Learning Teams in schools despite the fact that their importance as an access to school performance improvement has been recognized. The study introduces a proposal for building Learning Teams and the skills, standards and evaluation they require to function.
