Due to my job as AL (Assistant Lecturer) in Animal Production department for more than six years, I developed several traits and improved many skills, which changed my character dramatically. My job requires me to communicate with undergrad students, supervising professors, and other professors form other universities and institutions in Egypt, and from around the world in regular basics. That opportunity empowered my communication skills, and gave me the ability to convey my opinions, and share my thoughts in a new way. Moreover, my job opened my eyes to pursuing knowledge, and expanded my thinking horizon.
