The physical and chemical properties of the date (Phoenix dactylifera L.) fruit seeds from Siwi date samples were evaluated.  Moisture, protein, oil and carbohydrate contents of date pits were 2.85, 13.31, 12.12 and 56.34 g/100 g date pits, respectively.  The fractions of  sugar glucose content of date seed was about 10464.90 μg /100g .But maltose recorded the highest value among disaccharide and second value for other sugar, ribose content of seed was found at low level concentration was 0.95 μg /100g . While Amino acid profiles revealed that date seeds from the Siwi variety contained the majority of essential amino acids: lysine, isoleucine, leucine, methionine, threonine, valine and phenylalanine. Fifteen amino acids were detected in the seeds. Lysine acid was the major amino acid of the total amino acids. Phenolic acids of date seeds twenty four phenolic acids detected, Pyrogallol 3475.95 ppm the highest value. Moreover hesperidin content highest compared the other Flavonoids content it was 56628.29mg/100g,.representing 18.58%,.The most abundant fatty acids of this  date seed oils were oleic, lauric, myristic, palmitic, linoleic and Stearic acids.
