This course is taught for the fourth year students in the Faculty of Science, specializing in physics and chemistry.
Objectives:
- Gain a basic knowledge of electronic optics.
- Understanding the fundamental concepts of Transmission Electron Microscope.
- Understanding the fundamental concepts of Scanning Electron Microscope.
- Gain a basic knowledge of optoelectronic devices.
- Advance skills and capability for formulating and solving problems.
