هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى وضع رؤية إستراتيجية مقترحة لمتطلبات تمكين الجامعات المصرية من تدويل خدماتها كمدخل لتحسين القدرة التنافسية، ويمكن الوصول من خلالها إلى أدلة تجعل من التدويل وسيلة يمكن من خلالها أن تكتسب هذه المؤسسات ميزة تنافسية وتعزز أداءها العام في المنافسة المحلية والعالمية، ولتحقيق ذلك مرت الدراسة بمجموعة من الإجراءات تمثلت في تأصيلاً نظرياً يشمل: الإطار العام للدراسة، وتدويل التعليم الجامعي وتطور حركته في ضوء بعض التجارب والخبرات العالمية، والقدرة التنافسية للتعليم الجامعي ومعاييرها في ضوء التصنيفات العالمية، متطلبات تدويل التعليم الجامعي الداعمة لتحسين القدرة التنافسية بالجامعات، وتلا ذلك إعداد الدراسة الميدانية حيث تم إعداد أداة الدراسة متمثلة في استبانة مكونة من طرفين، تهدف إلى التعرف على واقع متطلبات تدويل التعليم الجامعي الداعمة لتحسين القدرة التنافسية بالجامعات المصرية موضع الدراسة، ودرجة أهميتها في تحقيق ذلك، وطبقت على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس من الخبراء والقيادات الجامعية ومدراء الوحدات ذات الطابع الخاص، ببعض الجامعات المصرية هي (أسيوط – القاهرة – السويس– المنصورة) قوامها 310 عضو هيئة تدريس، بالإضافة إلى إجراء المقابلات غير المقننة أثناء تطبيق الاستبانة وتحكيمها، واستخدمت في ذلك المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال جمع الدراسات ذات الصلة بموضوع الدراسة وتحليلها والإفادة منها، واستخدام التحليل الإحصائي في الدراسة الميدانية الذي يسهم في التعرف الفعلي على مدى توفر متطلبات تدويل الخدمات الجامعية ودرجة أهميتها في تحسين القدرة التنافسية للجامعات المصرية من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج ظهر من خلالها اكتشاف العديد من جوانب الضعف في الواقع الفعلي لتوفر متطلبات تدويل الخدمات الجامعية، في جاءت بنسب عالية جدا من الأهمية في تحقيق القدرة التنافسية للجامعات من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة، وبناءاً على ذلك قدمت الدراسة رؤية استراتيجية مقترحة يمكن من خلالها تمكين الجامعات المصرية من تدويل خدماتها لتحسين القدرة التنافسية.

The study aimed to present for a proposed strategic vision for the requirements of enabling Egyptian universities to internationalize their services as an entrance to improve competitiveness, Evidence of internationalization can be a means by which these institutions can gain a competitive advantage, And enhance their overall performance in local and global competition, To achieve this, the study has undergone a set of procedures, namely theoretical rooting, which includes the following: The general framework of the study, The internationalization of university education and the evolution of his movement in the light of some international experiences and expertise, The competitiveness of university education and its standards in the light of international rankings, Requirements for the internationalization of university education in support of improving the competitiveness of universities, This was followed by the preparation of the field study, where the study tool was prepared in a two-part questionnaire, Aims to identify the reality of the requirements of the internationalization of university education in support of improving the competitiveness of the Egyptian universities under study, And their importance in achieving this, It was applied to a sample of faculty members of experts, university leaders and managers of units of a special nature in some Egyptian universities are (Assiut - Cairo - Suez - Mansoura) consisting of 310 faculty members, in addition to conducting unregulated interviews during the application of the questionnaire and arbitration, It used the descriptive analytical method by collecting, analyzing and benefiting from the studies related to the subject of the study, and using statistical analysis in the field study which contributes to the actual recognition of the availability of the requirements of internationalization of university services and the degree of their importance in improving the competitiveness of Egyptian universities from the point of view of the study sample, The study reached a number of results, which revealed the existence of many weaknesses in the actual reality of the availability of requirements for the internationalization of university services, came in very high rates of importance in achieving the competitiveness of universities from the point of view of the study sample, and accordingly the study provided a proposed strategic vision can By enabling Egyptian universities to internationalize their services to improve competitiveness.
