My name is Ghona Abd El-Nasser Ali, I work a Prof.Dr of  Medical-Surgical Nursing (Adult Health Nursing) and Dean of Faculy of Nursing , Sohag Unversity, Sohag, Egypt. 

Present Position:   

• Prof. Dr. of Medical-Surgical Nursing ( Adult Halth Nursing)
• Vice Dean of  Studies and Research from 20\11\2019 to 2-9-2023
• Dean Faculy of Nursing, Sohag Universiy from 26-8-2022 up till now

Past Position:

•  Vice Dean of Studies and Research from 20\11\2019 Till 2\9\2023
• Vice Dean of Education and Student Afairs from September 2015 to 20\11\2019 Previously .         
• Manager of Secondary School and Technical of Nursing Assuit Universiy from 2004-2006.
• Professional nurse in Assuit University Hospital from 1989-2004.                                      
• Title of Master thesis: Evaluation of Nursing Care  in Sever Head Injury.
• Title of doctoral thesis: Quality of Life for the Patients with End-Stage Renal Failure
