عنوان الدراسة: تصور مقترح لتطوير المعاهد الابتدائية الأزهرية في ضوء الأدوار التربوية المعاصرة للجهود التطوعية.

هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على الجوانب التربوية للجهود التطوعية, ومعرفة الاتجاهات الحديثة في تطوير المعاهد الابتدائية الأزهرية, والوقوف على معوقات مساهمة الجهود التطوعية في تطوير المعاهد الابتدائية الأزهرية. والوقوف علي طبيعة العلاقة بين الجهود التطوعية والمعاهد الابتدائية الأزهرية.

واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، لأنه من أنسب المناهج العلمية في جمع البيانات والمعلومات وتحليلها، ويتمشى مع أهداف الدراسة، ويساعد بصورة علمية ومنطقية في محاولات الإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة.

وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها. أسفرت الدراسة عن مجموعة من الأدوار التربوية للجهود التطوعية في تطوير المعاهد الابتدائية الأزهرية, حيث توفر بعض الأراضي لإنشاء المعاهد, كذلك توفر الجهود التطوعية الزى المدرسي للطلاب غير القادرين وتسهم  بمكاتبها لتحفيظ القرآن في تحفيظ الطلاب مقرر القرآن الكريم, كما تشارك المعلمين في الاحتفالات الدينية بالمعاهد, وتوفر العديد من الوسائل التعليمية الالكترونية كذلك الأدوات المدرسية للطلاب غير القادرين,

كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية ضعف دور الجهود التطوعية في تزويد أفنية المعاهد بالتجهيزات الرياضية وبالأثاث اللازم وصيانة الأثاث المتهالك ومشاركة المعلمين المتميزين في الندوات العلمية ,كذلك من المعوقات, سيطرة الروتين وتعقد الاجراءات داخل المعاهد الأزهرية خوف إدارة المعاهد من تدخل المواطنين في العملية التعليمية كذلك قلة التعاون بين إدارة الأزهر والجهود التطوعية العاملة في مجال التعليم بسبب اللوائح والقوانين الأزهرية, وقلة توافر برامج تأهيل المتطوعين في المجتمع لدعم العملية التعليمية بالمعاهد الابتدائية الأزهرية.

ثم قدمت الدراسة تصوراً مقترحاً, لتطوير المعاهد الابتدائية الأزهرية في ضوء الأدوار التربوية المعاصرة للجهود التطوعية, وقدمت الدراسة مقترحاتها حول بعض الدراسات التي يمكن أن تجري مستقبلاً لتخدم مجال البحث, وتكمل الدراسة الحالية.

Abstract of the study

Researcher name: Ali Abdel-Aal Abdel-Ali Abdel-Aal.

The title of the study: A proposed visualizing for the development of Al-Azhar elementary institutes in light of the contemporary educational roles of volunteer efforts.

     The study aimed to identify the educational aspects of volunteer efforts, knowing recent trends in the development of Al-Azhar primary institutes, and identifying obstacles to the contribution of voluntary efforts to the development of Al-Azhar primary institutes. And find out the nature of the relationship between volunteer efforts and Al-Azhar primary institutes.

     The study used the descriptive approach, because it is one of the most appropriate scientific approaches to collect data and information and analyze it, and is consistent with the goals of the study, and helps in a scientific and logical way in attempts to answer the study questions.

     The study reached a set of results, the most important of them. The study resulted in a set of educational roles for volunteer efforts in developing Al-Azhar primary institutes, as some lands are provided for the establishment of institutes, as well as volunteer efforts provide school uniforms for students who are unable and contribute to its offices for the memorization of the Qur’an in the memorization of students the Holy Qur’an course, as teachers participate in religious celebrations in institutes, Many electronic teaching aids also provide school tools for students who are not able,

     The results of the field study also showed the weakness of the role of volunteer efforts in providing the yards of the institutes with sports equipment and the necessary furniture, maintenance of dilapidated furniture and the participation of distinguished teachers in scientific seminars, as well as obstacles, routine control and the complexity of procedures within the Azhar institutes, the fear of management of the institutes of the interference of citizens in the educational process as well as the lack of cooperation Between the administration of Al-Azhar and the voluntary efforts working in the field of education due to the Azhar laws and regulations, and the lack of availability of volunteer rehabilitation programs in the community to support the educational process in the Azhar primary institutes.

    Then the study presented a suggested scenario for developing Al-Azhar primary institutes in the light of the contemporary educational roles of the voluntary efforts. The study presented its proposals on some studies that could be conducted in the future to serve the field of research, and complete the current study.
