ABSTRACT Tile of the study : Management of academy departments in the total quality standards & accreditation, depending on both universities of Umm Al Qura and King Abdul Aziz ( field study on the female section ) Objective of the study : This study aims: To identify the implementation of the standard in the administrative and accreditation field, in the academic Dept. at the Universities of Umm AlQura and king Abdul Aziz in the following fields: Administrative Organizational field in Academic section Educational program in Academic section. Students services in Academic section. Teaching body in Academic section. ٥ Scientific research in Academic section.) Community service in Academic section. To identify whether there were studies statistically significant differences in the study sample' responses in concern to determine the degree of execution of total quality standards & accreditation in the management of academic departments at the universities of Umm Al -Qur and King Abdul Aziz, in Female students Section in accordance with the following variables: the university, specialization and the job title. Approach ٠f the research and its tools and community: Descriptive and survey approach was used with its all techniques, as well as the study tools has been designed for data collection which is formed in terms, which it applied on a sample of secretaries and heads of academic departments and the teaching body in both universities, due to the large community of the study' community which is about in Umm AlQurq University and) in King Abdul Aziz, random sample of from Umm ALQura University taken, about member and a random sample from the university of King Abdul Aziz about member. Statistical treatment : Data Been analyzed & interpreted and processed statistically using "spss" program in accordance with the following methods: Frequencies and percentages, Arithmetic average standard deviations coefficient of self- honesty coefficient of Alpha Cronbach's, coefficient of internal consistency ,test of single analyzes (F) , test of "Shefeeh " to determine the trends of differences The study findings : ١ The sample members think that the degree of application of the total quality standards & accreditation in the academic departments are being done moderately in some fields such as administrative and organizational fields, educational program , student services, teaching Body , where averages Calculation ranged between . To provide educational sessions for the Girl Guides , especially the new ones to inform them about the department and its education program and its rules and requirements to enables them for guiding students academically and provide them advice and support efficiently. ٤To place a clear criteria to evaluate the performance in the department and to inform the teaching body as well as the employees about the Dep.
