نماذج من القيادة الإبداعية في حياة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم و تطبيقاتها في الإدارة التربوية

هدف الدراسة: الى تعرف أسس ومهارات القيادة الإبداعية باختيار بعض النماذج للقيادة من سيرة الرسول والتركيز على القيادة الإبداعية في الوظائف الإدارية، إتخاذ القرار، إعداد وتأهيل القيادات، وبناء العلاقات الإنسانية، وتقديم آليات تطبيق هذه الأسس والمهارات في الإدارة التربوية المعاصرة. منهج الدراسة: إتبعت الباحثة المنهج التاريخي التحليلي لإتمام الدراسة. فصول الدراسة: الفصل الأول: التمهيد للدراسة ويشمل خطة البحث. الفصل الثاني: القيادة الإبداعية في الإدارة التربوية. الفصل الثالث: نماذج من القيادة الإبداعية في حياة الرسول. الفصل الرابع: أسس ومهارات القيادة الإبداعية المستنبطة من حياة الرسول وتطبيقاتها التربوية. الفصل الخامس: النتائج والتوصيات: توصلت الدراسة إلى بعض الأسس والمهارات الخاصة بالقيادة الإبداعية في حياة الرسول، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: أن القيادة الإبداعية في حياة الرسول ربانية، أخلاقية، مثالية، إنسانية... ومن توصياتها: تؤكد الدراسة على ضرورة التأصيل الإسلامي للعلوم المرتبطة بالسلوك الإنساني والإداري، وعلى المؤسسات التربوية أن ترسخ مفاهيم الإدارة النبوية والإسلامية فكرًا وتطبيقًا .

Objective of the study: to develop the principles and characteristics of creative leadership in the life of the Prophet peace be upon him through a focus on: creative leadership in administrative functions, decision-making, leadership and leaders qualification, and building human relationships, then a statement of some general applications in the field of educational administration. Method of the study: researcher followed the historical analytical method to complete the study. Chapters of the study: Chapter I: the boot of the study include the research plan. Chapter II: leadership, creativity, and creative leadership. Chapter III: List some of the events and situations from the life of the Prophet peace be upon him, which shows the creative leadership of the Prophet and linked in: administrative functions, decision-making, leadership qualification, and building human relationships. Chapter IV: The most important principles and traits developed from the creative leadership of the life of the Prophet. Chapter V: Some general educational applications of the principles and features of creative leadership in educational administration from the life of the Prophet. Chapter VI: Results: The study reached the principles and traits of creative leadership in the life of the Prophet, and the most important results: the creative leadership in the life of the Prophet are divine, moral, ideal, human. Chapter VII: Recommendations: The study confirms the need for rooting of the Islamic sciences related to human and administrative behavior, and educational institutions have established management concepts of the Prophet and Islamic thought and application and other recommendations.
