Abstract The study : title: The Organizational Justice of the female principals of secondary schools and its Relationship with Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment of the female Teachers in Jeddah Governorate. Researcher: Manal Hussein Hasan Al-Humaidi. Degree :Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Administration. Study Objectives : 1- Determine the degree of practicing the organizational justice by female principals of secondary schools from their view point and from the viewpoint of female teachers. 2- Determining the organizational commitment level of the female Teachers of secondary schools from their point of view and the principals ', too. 3- Identifying the job satisfaction level of the secondary school teachers. 4- Detecting the nature of relationship between secondary school principals practice level of organizational justice and the teachers' job satisfaction and organizational commitment. 5- Detecting the relationship between (qualification , experience, specialization, and marital status) and (the organizational justice practice level, job satisfaction level ,and the organizational commitment). The study Method : descriptive correlative approach. The study Community and Sample: Secondary school principals (101), a sample of secondary school teachers in Jeddah (400) And Aljajmua (501), director and teacher. The study Instruments: 1- A form prepared by the researcher containing general information for both principal and teacher. 2- An organizational justice questionnaire, prepared by the researcher, one for each principal and another for each teacher. 3- A job satisfaction questionnaire of teachers prepared by the researcher. 4- An organizational commitment questionnaire of teachers(two forms; a form for each principal, another for each teacher), prepared by the researcher. The results of The study: 1- The secondary school principals have high level of organizational justice practice (4.14) compared to the responses of the teachers who perceived that the practice level was moderate (3.34). 2- Secondary school teachers in Jeddah have a high level of job satisfaction (3.64). 3- Secondary school teachers have a high level of organizational commitment (nearly very good: 4.19) compared to the responses of the principals who perceived that the level of commitment was high (3.47). 4- There is a statistical correlation between the organizational justice practice level of the school principals and both job satisfaction level and organizational commitment level of the teachers. 5- There is a statistical correlation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the female teachers . 6- There are Statistically significant differences in the degree of practicing principals of Organizational Justice from the viewpoint of teachers due to the Master degree of them. 7- There are no statistically significant differences in the degree of practicing Organizational Justice by principals of secondary schools due to the study variables from their view point and from the viewpoint of teachers. 8- There are no statistically significant differences In the level of job satisfaction for teachers in high school due to the variables mentioned study. 9- There are no statistically significant differences In the degree of the level of organizational commitment to the school teachers from the perspective of principals and teachers due to the variables of the study. Recommendations: 1- Adopting a complete strategy for instilling Islamic values, in general, and specially the justice values in school principals. 2- Offering training courses to school leaders to increase their fair decision making according to professional and scientific standards. 3- The introduction of the model proposed to consolidate and strengthen the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction and organizational commitment and the implementation of the proposed mechanisms to improve the awareness of the parameters of organizational justice and raise the level of satisfaction and commitment of teachers to their schools. 4- Checking the Professional Description of secondary school teachers to mention the clear details of it and the teachers' definite responsibilities. In addition, a copy of this description should be handed to each teacher to be able to know her tasks, duties, limits and responsibilities. 5- Satisfying the professional needs of the teachers by creating a system of incentives based on fair objective bases and enhancing work environment and salaries.
