Abstract Study Title: imagine a proposal for the management school of the future State of Kuwait in the light of contemporary management thought. Name of researcher: Iman Ali Saleh Abdullah Mohammed Ashkanani Problem of the study: was a valuable answer the following questions: 1 - What is the intellectual and philosophical framework for the management school of the future in the light of contemporary management thought? 2 - What is the reality of school management in Kuwait? 3 - What leadership skills required of managers in schools of the future State of Kuwait in the light of contemporary management thought? 4 - What factors and challenges that necessitate the need to develop school management in Kuwait? 5 - Are there significant differences between the responses of the study sample about the problems facing the management school in Kuwait, and undermine their efficiency may be attributed to gender, academic qualifications and experience? 6 - Are there significant differences between the responses of a sample study on the mechanisms proposed to lead the school of the future State of Kuwait may be attributed to gender, academic qualifications and experience? 7 - Are there significant differences between the responses of a sample study on the leadership skills required of a school of the future leadership of the State of Kuwait may be attributed to gender, academic qualifications and experience? 8 - What are the features of the proposed concept for the management school of the future State of Kuwait in light of contemporary management thought? Methodology: The present study adopted a descriptive approach to the relevance of the nature of the study. Bunting tool: the questionnaire was to identify: 1. Problems faced by the school administration in Kuwait, and undermine their efficiency. 2. Mechanisms proposed to lead the school of the future. 3. Leadership skills required of the Director of School of the Future. 3 Study Sample: The study was applied field on a random sample of principals of primary school-governmental organizations and their assistants in the school districts five: area around education, the capital area of education, the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Educational Zone Farwaniya educational and Menttgah Ahmadi educational Ceuta 20% of the population of the study. Results of the study: The study found a number of results are : There are problems with the school management in Kuwait, and undermine their efficiency. Results of the study from the viewpoint of the sample should be the availability of a range of mechanisms for the management school of the future, including: o The development of methods for selecting the Director School of the Future. Managing the transition towards decentralization of education (administrative empowerment) o technological transformation The study results showed that there are leadership skills to be available in the Director of the school of the future, including: 1. Technical skills. 2. Human skills. 3. Conceptual skills Finally, the study found that there were statistically significant differences between the recognition of the sample according to variables: gender, qualification, and the number of years of experience, except for property type in its effect on all variables of the study.
