In the first class we are asked to provide students with an introduction about mycotoxins and give them an account about the course in whole. We help the students to do extraction for some mycotoxins and gain expertise in identifying theses toxins using TLC plates. Also, we help them to perform extraction of mycotoxins from important cereal crops (samples) and from toxigenic fungal species as well.
