Growth of undoped and Fe doped TiO2 nanostructures and their optical and photocatalytic properties
Undoped and Fe-doped TiO2 nanostructures have been successfully grown on Pt-coated quartz and Si (100) substrates using vapor-liquid-solid (VLS) growth method.
