هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الصمود النفسي وعلاقته بالتوافق المهني, وتحديد الفروق في كل من الصمود النفسي, والتوافق المهني تبعاً لمتغيري النوع ( ذكور – إناث ) ونـوع إعاقـة الطلاب ( سمعي – بصري – عقلي ) وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (205) معلم ومعلمة من معلمي مدارس التربية الخاصة بمحافظة سوهاج ، (108 معلم ، 97 معلمة). واستخدمت الدراسة مقياس الصمود النفسي (إعداد/ الباحث), ومقياس التوافق المهني (إعداد/ الباحث), وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود مستوى مرتفع من الصمود النفسي لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة من معلمي التربية الخاصة, ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياً بين درجات أفراد عينة الدراسة على مقياس الصمود النفسي ودرجاتهم على مقياس التوافق المهني, وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسط  درجات الذكور ومتوسط درجات الإناث على مقياس الصمود النفسي و مقياس التوافق المهني ، أيضا عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في مستوى الصمود النفسي لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة تبعا لمتغير نوع إعاقة الطلاب (بصري – سمعي – عقلي ), ووجود فروق دالة إحصائية في مستوى التوافق المهني تبعا لمتغير نوع إعاقة الطلاب (بصري – سمعي – عقلي)  لصالح معلمي الإعاقة العقلية.

Abstract

Thesis title: Psychological resilience and its relationship to Professional  Adjustment among a sample of special education teachers in Sohag Governorate

The study aimed to identify the level of psychological resilience and its relationship to Professional Adjustment, and to identify the differences in each of psychological resilience, and Professional Adjustment according to the variables of sex (males - females) and students' disability type (audio - visual - mental). The study sample consisted of (205) teachers from Teachers of special education schools in Sohag governorate, including (108) teachers, and (97) female teachers. The study used the psychological resilience scale (prepared by researcher), and the Professional Adjustment  scale (prepared by researcher), and the study concluded that there is a high level of psychological resilience among the study sample members of special education teachers, and there is a positive, statistically significant correlation between the scores of the study sample members on The psychological resilience scale and their scores on the Professional Adjustment scale, and there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of males and the means female scores on the psychological resilience scale and the Professional Adjustment scale, and there were also no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological resilience among the study sample members depending on the variable type of students’ disability ( Visual - auditory - mental), and there are statistically significant differences in the level of Professional Adjustment according to the variable of students' disability type (visual - auditory - mental) in favor of teachers of mental disabilities.
