المستخلص:
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم المتطلبات التربوية اللازمة للمدارس الذكية .
ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي، بتطبيق استبانة على عينة من الخبراء التربويين من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية ببعض جامعات مصر وبلغت عينة الخبراء التربويين 146عضوًا وعينة من القياديين التربويين بمحافظتي سوهاج والجيزة وبلغ عددهم (204) مفردة، وبلغ مجموع العينة( 350) فردًا.
وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : إن المدارس الحكومية المصرية التقليدية في حاجة ملحة للتغيير والتطوير بما يتفق مع الاتجاهات التربوية الحديثة وبما يتناسب مع التغيرات المجتمعية المستمرة، وأن مشروع تحويل المدارس التقليدية إلى مدارس ذكية في مصر يتطلب توافر مجموعه من المتطلبات التربوية من أهمها: المتطلبات البشرية وحازت على متوسط نسبة استجابة 93,6% ودرجة تحقق مرتفعة، والمتطلبات التشريعية حازت على متوسط استجابة94%ودرجة تحقق مرتفعة والمتطلبات المادية والتكنولوجية 95,8% وبدرجة تحقق مرتفعة والمتطلبات الفنية حازت على متوسط استجابة95%وبدرجة تحقق مرتفعة، وحازت على متوسط نسبة استجابة 92% وبدرجة تحقق مرتفعة، والمتطلبات المجتمعية حازت على متوسط نسبة استجابة92% وبدرجة تحقق مرتفعة، وتعتمد المدارس الذكية على تكنولوجيا التعليم في العملية التعليمية بكافة جوانبها. كما يجب التصدي للعقبات التي تواجه هذا النوع من التطور في التعليم من أجل مواكبة التطور الهائل في المستحدثات التكنولوجية وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات من أجل المنافسة العالمية في التعليم، ودخول مصر في مراحل متقدمة في التصنيف العالمي. و المدارس الذكية في مصر تساعد في التخلص من مشكلة تدني مستوى الخريج، كما تساعد في تخريج متعلم من صفاته أنه يبحث عن المعلومات وينميها، ويهتم بصقل خبراته وتنمية سلوكه الإيجابي ويكون مواكبا لمتطلبات سوق العمل الذي يعتمد على التكنولوجيا المتقدمة وضرورة الاستفادة القصوى من تطبيقات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، في تطوير المنظومة التعليمية بما يتناسب مع متطلبات المدارس الذكية.
وأخيرًا قدمت الدراسة تصورًا مقترحًا للمتطلبات التربوية لتحويل المدارس التقليدية إلى مدارس ذكية في ضوء التغيرات المجتمعية دراسة استشرافية، وذلك في ضوء نتائج الدراسة النظرية والميدانية التي توصلت إليها الدراسة.

Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the most important educational requirements for smart schools.
To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher followed the descriptive approach, by applying a questionnaire to a sample of educational experts from faculty members in the faculties of education in the universities (Benha, Helwan, Assiut, Sohag, Aswan and Al-Azhar University). The sample of educational experts reached 146 members and a sample of educational leaders in the governorates of Sohag and Giza. (204) individuals, and the total sample amounted to (350) individuals.
The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which are: The traditional Egyptian public schools are in urgent need of change and development in line with modern educational trends and in line with the ongoing societal changes, and that the project to transform traditional schools into smart schools in Egypt requires the availability of a set of educational requirements, the most important of which are: Human requirements received an average response rate of 93.6% and a high degree of verification, and legislative requirements received an average response rate of 94% and a high degree of verification, and material and technological requirements were 95.8% with a high degree of verification, and technical requirements had an average response rate of 95% and a high degree of verification, and had an average rate of 92% response with a high degree of verification, and societal requirements received an average response rate of 92% with a high degree of verification. Smart schools depend on educational technology in the educational process in all its aspects. Obstacles facing this kind of development in education must also be addressed in order to keep pace with the tremendous development in technological innovations and information and communication technologies in order to compete in global education, and for Egypt to enter advanced stages in the world rankings. And smart schools in Egypt help to get rid of the problem of the low level of graduates, and also help in graduating a student whose characteristics he searches for and develops information, and is interested in refining his experiences and developing his positive behavior and is in line with the requirements of the labor market that depends on advanced technology, And the necessity of making the most of the applications of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, in developing the educational system in line with the requirements of smart schools.
Finally, the study presented a proposed conception of the educational requirements for transforming traditional schools into smart schools in the light of societal changes, a forward-looking study, in light of the theoretical and field study results that the study reached.
