هدفت الدراسة  إلى تفعيل آراء بعض أعلام المذهب المالكي  تجاه بعض قضايا التعليم المعاصرة، وقد استخدمت الرسالة المنهج الوصفي لرصد وتحليل آراء هؤلاء الأعلام، وكذلك المدخل التاريخي للتعرف إلى أهم العوامل المؤثرة في تكوين الفكر التربوي لديّهم في هذه الفترة التاريخية، ومن الأدوات اعتمدت الدارسة على استمارة تحليل المحتوى للتعرف إلى واقع بعض قضايا التعليم محل الدراسة في كتابات بعض هؤلاء الأعلام من إعداد الباحث، كما قامت بعرض إطار نظري تضمن الإطار العام للدراسة، ودراسة وافية للعوامل المؤثرة في تكوين الفكر التربوي لدى هؤلاء الأعلام من خلال بعض كتاباتهم، ودراسة حديثة للمضامين التربوية لقضايا التعليم محل الدراسة الحالية في الأدب التربوي، وقد عرضت الرسالة الدراسة التحليلية وإجراءاتها في الفصل الرابع قبل عرض نتائج التحليل في الفصل الخامس، ثم جاء التصور المقترح في الفصل الأخير.

وجاء من أبرز نتائج الدراسة :أوضح بعض أعلام المذهب المالكي ما يدعم الاهتمام بالأمن الفكري لدى الطلبة من خلال ما يأتي : التزام الفكر الوسطي المعتدل ، والعمل بطريقة السلف في فهم مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية إلى غير ذلك من التوجهات الضرورية في تنقية الفهم من الشوائب ومحاربة الانحراف الفكري، وفيما يخص التربية العقلية ، فقد عمل بعض أعلام المذهب المالكي على تنمية العقل عن طريق : التزوّد من العلوم المختلفة التي تزكي العقل كالحساب والشعر وغيرها، وفيما يتعلق بربط التعليم بالعمل ، فقد أفادت  نتائج التحليل أن مختلف المواد العلمية قد خرّجت لكل فعل هو فرض كفاية قومًا كالعرافة، والنقابة، والجندية، والهداية، والإمامة، والرياسة ، والتصنيع ببعض المهن المحتاج إليها إلى سائر الأمور ،وفيما يتعلق بالقيم فقد اجتهد بعض أعلام المذهب المالكي في تحديد القيم الإيجابية لطبة العلم ليلتزموها، وتحديد القيم السلبية ليجتنبوها، وعليه تنوعت القيم لديّهم إلى قيم دينية، وأخلاقية، واجتماعية، وسياسية ، واقتصادية، وجمالية، وفيما يتعلق بأخلاقيات البحث العلمي، فقد شدّد بعض أعلام المذهب المالكي على طلابهم التزام الأمانة العلمية من خلال نسبة الأفكار والنصوص إلى أصحابها إلى غير ذلك من سائر الأخلاقيات ، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة قدم الباحث تصورا مقترحا لتفعيل آراء بعض أعلام المذهب المالكي لمواجهة بعض قضايا التعليم المعاصرة .

§  Title of the thesis: A Suggested  Proposal to Activate the Opinions of Some Maliki Leading Scholars on Contemporary Educational Issues

§  Academic degree of study: Doctor of Philosophy in Education Department to which the researcher belongs: Department of Fundamentals of Education College name: College of Education University name: Sohag University.

The study aimed to activate the views of some of the notables of the Maliki school towards some contemporary education issues. Among the tools, the study relied on a content analysis form to identify the reality of some education issues under study in the writings of some of these notables prepared by the researcher. And a recent study of the educational implications of education issues under current study in the educational literature. The study presented the analysis method and procedures in the fourth chapter before presenting the results of the analysis in the fifth chapter, then the proposed scenario came in the last chapter.

It was one of the most important results of the study: some of the notables of the Maliki school explained what supports the interest in the intellectual security of the students through the following: adherence to moderate moderation thought, and working in the manner of the predecessors in understanding the purposes of Islamic law, in addition to other necessary directions in purifying understanding from impurities and fighting intellectual deviation, and with regard to mental education, Some of the notables of the Maliki school worked to develop the mind by: acquiring various sciences that purify the mind, such as arithmetic, poetry, and others, and with regard to linking education to work, the results of the analysis indicated that various scientific materials were produced for each act that is a communal obligation for a people, such as divination,union, soldiery, guidance, imam, leadership, manufacturing in some professions that are needed for other matters, and with regard to values, some of the scholars of the Maliki school strived to define positive values ​​for the students of knowledge to adhere to, and to define negative values ​​to avoid them, and accordingly their values ​​varied into religious values, And ethical, social, political, economic, and aesthetic, and with regard to the ethics of scientific research, some of the scholars of the Maliki school stressed on their students the commitment of scientific honesty by attributing ideas and texts to their owners to other ethics. Opinions of some of the notables of the Maliki school of thought to confront some issues of contemporary education.
