مستخلص الدراسة
عنوان الدراسة : " القيادة الأخلاقية كمدخل لتحقيق التميز المؤسسى بمدارس التربية الخاصة: دراسة ميدانية بمحافظة سوهاج " .
هدفت الدراسة إلى رصد الممارسات القيادية والإدارية لدى مديرى مدارس التربية الخاصة فى مصر ودورها فى تحقيق التميز المؤسسى، والكشف عن واقع دور القيادة الأخلاقية في تحقيق التميز المؤسسى بمدارس التربية الخاصة بمحافظة سوهاج، وكيفية التوصل إلى وضع تصور مقترح يمكن أن يسهم فى تحقيق التميز المؤسسى بمدارس التربية الخاصة فى ضوء القيادة الأخلاقية. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لطبيعتها، تم اختيار عينة الدراسة مكونة من عدد (170) من مديرى ومعلمي مدارس التربية الخاصة بمحافظة سوهاج ، وتمثلت أهم نتائج الدراسة بما يلي :
- ضعف دعم الإدارة مبادئ التشاور لتحقيق التميز فى أدائها.
- قلة تحقق المصداقية في تقييمها للمعلمين في ضوء معايير التميز التى تعتمدها بـمدارس التربية الخاصة.
- استخدام القيادات المدرسية الروتين التقليدي في العمل بمدارس التربية الخاصة بمحافظة سوهاج .
- قله استخدام القيادات المدرسية أساليب التفكير الإبداعي في حل المشكلات بمدارس التربية الخاصة.
- قلة تدريب العاملين بمدارس التربية الخاصة علي استخدام الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة بمدارس التربية الخاصة بمحافظة سوهاج.
- ضعف تفعيل الموقع الإلكتروني بالمدارس بمدارس التربية الخاصة بمحافظة سوهاج ومن ثم التَّعرُّف على أهم الأسباب التي تعوق تحقق الفاعلية التعليمية وتزايد المعرفة الرقمية.
- ضعف دور الإدارة المدرسية في تفعيل الخطة الاستراتيجية وبذلك بتقديم الإدارة مقترحات وحلول قابلة للتنفيذ علي أرض الواقع في فترة زمنية قصيرة بمدارس التربية الخاصة بمحافظة سوهاج.
- قلة إبراز سمة مهمة لمدير المدرسة تعد من أهم سماته الشخصية وهي قدرته على حل المشكلات بأسلوب علمي.

Abstract of the Study
Title of study : Ethical leadership as an approach to achieving institutional excellence in special education schools: A field study in Sohag Governorate."
The study aimed to monitor the leadership and management practices of principals of special education schools in Egypt and their role in achieving institutional excellence, and to reveal the reality of the role of ethical leadership in achieving institutional excellence in special education schools in Sohag Governorate, and how to reach a proposed vision that could contribute to achieving institutional excellence in schools. Special education in the light of moral leadership. The study relied on the descriptive approach due to its suitability to its nature. The study sample was chosen consisting of (170) principals and teachers of special education schools in Sohag Governorate. The most important results of the study were as follows:
- Weak management support for the principles of consultation to achieve excellence in its performance.
- Lack of credibility in evaluating teachers in the light of the standards of excellence that it adopts in special education schools.
- School leaders use the traditional routine at work in special education schools in Sohag Governorate.
- School leaders' lack of use of creative thinking methods in solving problems in special education schools.
- Lack of training of staff in special education schools on the use of modern technological means in special education schools in Sohag Governorate.
- Weak activation of the website in schools in the schools of special education in Sohag Governorate, and then identifying the most important reasons that impede the achievement of educational effectiveness and the increase in digital knowledge.
- The weakness of the role of the school administration in activating the strategic plan, thus providing the administration with proposals and solutions that can be implemented on the ground in a short period of time in the schools of special education in Sohag Governorate.
- The principal's lack of highlighting is one of his most important personal traits, which is his ability to solve problems in a scientific manner.
