مستخلص الدراسة
هدفت الدراسة الحالية الوقوف على طبيعة التخطيط الاستراتيجي وأهم النماذج الحديثة له، والقاء الضوء على ملامح مؤسسات رياض الأطفال، والكشف عن نموذج فايفر وأهميته في تطوير المؤسسات التعليمية، ورصد واقع استخدام التخطيط الاستراتيجي بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال في ضوء نموذج فايفر، ووضع استراتيجية مقترحة لتطوير مؤسسات رياض الاطفال في ضوء نموذج فايفر.
واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، واشتمل مجتمع الدراسة على معلمات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة سوهاج ، وتم اختيار عينة ممثلة للمجتمع الأصلي بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة ، وتم تطبيق استبانة من اعداد الباحثة على عينة الدراسة ، و توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مؤسسات رياض الأطفال تفتقر إلى كثير من مقومات نموذج فايفر، وتواجه مجموعة من المشكلات التي تؤثر على جودة الاداء وتعيق تطبيق نموذج فايفر ومنها قلة المهارات و الموارد اللازمة لسد الفجوات بالروضة، محدودية استخدام نموذج SOWT في دراسة الوضع الراهن، محدودية استخدام خطط التحسين للوصول إلى المستقبل المرغوب فيه ومحدودية استعانة إدارة الروضة بمعطيات التكنولوجيا في تحليل الفجوات، قلة استخدام إدارة الروضة للخطط البديلة تحسبًا لحدوث أي تغيرات غير متوقعة، و قلة استخدام الروضة لنماذج توضح كيفية استخدام الخطط البديلة، وقدمت الدراسة استراتيجية مقترحة لتطوير مؤسسات رياض الاطفال بمصر في ضوء نموذج فايفر.

Proposed strategy for the development of kindergartens in Egypt based on the Pfeiffer model

Abstract study
The current study aimed to identify the nature of strategic planning and the most important modern models for it, shed light on the features of kindergarten institutions, reveal the Pfeiffer model and its importance in the development of educational institutions, monitor the reality of the internal and external environment of kindergarten institutions in Egypt, and develop a proposed strategy for the development of kindergarten institutions based on the Pfeiffer model. .
The study relied on the descriptive approach, and the study population included kindergarten teachers in Sohag Governorate, and a representative sample of the original community was chosen by the simple random method, and a questionnaire prepared by the researcher was applied to the study sample, The study concluded that kindergarten institutions lack many of the elements of the Pfeiffer model, and face a set of problems that affect the quality of performance and hinder the application of the Pfeiffer model, including the lack of skills and resources necessary to bridge the gaps in the kindergarten, the limited use of the SOWT model in studying the current situation, the limited use of Improvement plans to reach the desired future and the limited use of technology data by the kindergarten administration in analyzing gaps, the lack of use of alternative plans by the kindergarten administration in anticipation of any unexpected changes, and the lack of kindergarten use of models showing how to use alternative plans, and the study presented a proposed strategy for the development of kindergarten institutions in Egypt In light of the Pfeiffer model.
