Purpose:to record the unusual presentaion of vesicouterine fistula
Material and methods: vesicouterine and vesicocervical fistula are rare disease.history of cesarean section, cyclic hematuria(menouria),without urinary leakage represent the typical presentaion.the unusual presentation is variable and various cuase may be incriminated other than lower segment cesarean section. the diagnosis was made clinically, radiologically, and endoscopically
Results: conservative treatment was tried in one case, but all cases were treated surgically and sucssefully
